Oh hello there! This sassy teal top is perfect for so many things - work, date night, night out, etc. The super stretchy smocking at the top ends at an elastic waist band and flares out over the hips. Long, bubble sleeves with elastic at the wrist. The fabric itself is slightly stretchy but the smocking and elastic gives it so much more stretch.
